NBA handicap bets – Monday March 10th
Our NBA handicapper previews the Monday night action in the NBA and has point spread picks across three games.
Last night we found success in one out of our three game predictions. The Miami Heat fell to the Chicago Bulls in what was a devastating overtime loss. The Brooklyn Nets won against the Sacramento Kings and the Portland Trail Blazers fell to the Houston Rockets by five points in overtime, just one point less than the point spread.
Denver Nuggets @ Charlotte Bobcats
The Denver Nuggets will be hosted by the Charlotte Bobcats on Monday night. Both teams are capable of winning and both teams are doing well up to this point of the season. Of course, the Nuggets are not within the playoff race but their record is similar to the Cats’ one. This could be a close game and it could come down to the final minutes before the winner will be decided. I like the Nuggets on the point spread of -6. I think you should trust them for this game. Verdict: Nuggets -6.0
Philadelphia 76ers @ New York Knicks
The Philadelphia 76ers will take on the New York Knicks on Monday night. This will be a matchup between two struggling teams. Whilst neither team actually has the big advantage in this game, the Knicks should be able to win, as they also have the home court advantage. Surprisingly, New York has won its last three games and I predict that they will win this one, too. However, the -15.5 point spread they have urges me to believe that they will not be able to overcome it. I predict that the Sixers will not lose this game by more than 15 points. Verdict: 76ers +15.5
Orlando Magic @ Milwaukee Bucks
The Milwaukee Bucks will host the Orlando Magic. This is a matchup between two of the worst teams in the Eastern Conference but also in the entire NBA. The Magic have the slight advantage and that’s only because they are not as bad as the Bucks are this season. Milwaukee has lost its last three games and I believe that they will lose this one, too. Orlando on the other hand, has had its moments this time. Victor Oladipo and his company should be able to top the really struggling Bucks. Verdict: Magic +1.5
