The Clippers beat the Atlanta Hawks by just one point and couldn’t overcome the big point spread they had. The Bucks overcome their 5.5 point spread they had against the Milwaukee Bucks and bring us a solid profit. The New York Knicks rolled past the Cleveland Cavaliers, playing on the road.
Miami Heat @ Chicago Bulls
The Miami Heat will travel to Chicago to take on the Bulls on Sunday night. Miami has dropped its last two games, after LeBron James set a new career-high for most points in a single game. The Bulls on the other continue to be in a terrific shape. Although Chicago dropped its last game, it has managed to stay at the fourth seed of the East for quite some time now. I like the Heat on the point spread of -4.5 points. I would bet on them. Verdict: Heat -4.5
Sacramento Kings @ Brooklyn Nets
The Sacramento Kings will visit Brooklyn to match up against the Nets on Sunday. It’s surprising how a team like the Kings, who possess lots of valuable pieces can’t find a way to win games. It seems like Sacramento will have to try hard this season to avoid one of the last two seeds of the Western Conference. The Nets on the other hand have managed to play well after a very slow start in the season. At the moment, Jason Kidd’s team ranks sixth in the East and it’s almost considered a lock for the playoffs. The Nets should be trusted in this game. Verdict: Nets -7.0
Portland Trail Blazers @ Houston Rockets
The Houston Rockets will host the Portland Trail Blazers on Sunday night. This will be a very tough game for either side but also a very interesting one. Both teams are battling for the third seed in the West and they are projected to continue to battle all the way till the end of the regular season. The Rockets have the home court advantage, they have the momentum as they have won their last four games and I believe they will extend their winning streak with another victory against Damian Lillard and Co. The Rockets should be trusted. Verdict: Rockets -6.0
