Basketball, Eurocup Play Offs - Multiple Previews

Crvena zvezda vs Lietuvos Rytas

These two teams meet twice already this season and in both occasions Crvena Zvezda was dominant and both games went comfortably above the line they set today by 10+ points.

In last game Crvena Zvezda had a high scoring result just like did Lietuvos Rytas in their few last games. Rytas scored lots of points even against Cedevita which choked up a game against Zvezda at around 110 points. Rytas coach Aca Petrovic likes to speed things up and Rytas seems playing well under his control.

Zvezda is having a really good season so far and their quality should prevail anyhow. Maybe Zvezda will be able to create a big point difference and stop Rytas but Rytas surely won't be able to stop Zvezda in Belgrade. WIth all that in mind I believe this will be another game that will have lots of points.

Pick: Over 156.5

Odds: 1.97

Nymburk vs Unics Kazan

Nymburg should be really happy that they managed to reach to this stage of Eurocup. This team looks a lot weaker than last season. They got a lot of young players and experienced players but oldies like Ilievski, Welsch and they do not show their good play.

Anyway, they got three leaders that Unics must be aware of. Rancik, Dylan and Simmons. These three are true leaders of hosts team and they must be stopped in order to make this game easy.

On the other side Unics got EIdson, Goudelock, Zisis, Harangody... These players are definatelyt better than whole team of Nymburk. I think that Russians will step up in this first game and make things clear before rematch.

Tip: Uniks -9.5

Odds: 2.50

Valencia vs Khimki

Valencia is always a favorite when playing at home ground but with Khimki which is currently on an incredible run of 30 wins it should have been quite opposite. Also, curent form of Valencia seems like in downswing in last few gamesd where they lost to Zaragoza and another Russian team, Unics Kazan.

Khimky coach is an ex veery goog shooting player and seems like he created a team which can flow with his philosophy of this game. With Koponen who is nothing else but a three point shooter, Popovic who can explode in any game against any team with his countryman Loncar under rim, Augustine etc.

Khimky is a good team in a great shape which managed to beat CSKA twice already so this bet is a pure logic. Surely Valencia is not a team to underestimate cause they can easily score lots of points and they managed to win against Barcelona already. With all this facts in minds except home court and good home games all other facts at this moment take me to the Russian team.

Tip: Khimki +3

Odds: 1.94
